Darling ruffled prairie hemline along the bottom of the skirt. The bodice contains 4 vertically placed circular candy apple red buttons that are non functional. However, underneath the top button sits a metal snap in that opens up the neckline, which makes it really easy to put on and take off. The sleeves are dramatic puff shoulder sleeves are definetly an eye catcher. Pay attention to the diameter of the sleeve. If it’s not big enough, just message me and I can have my tailor add a thin stretchy band that goes around the arm opening.
