Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders. If you prefer an alternative shipping method, please contact us prior to purchase so we can accommodate your request when possible.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Sacred Garden Vintage is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping insurance they wish to purchase.

If you prefer to use another shipping carrier, we are happy to accommodate requests when possible. The buyer may provide a prepaid shipping label, or we can provide a shipping quote for an alternate carrier upon request.

International Shipping Policy

International orders are shipped via DHL with tracking information. Once a package has been shipped, Sacred Garden Vintage is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged while in transit. Any additional shipping insurance beyond the standard coverage is the responsibility of the buyer.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Refused, Unclaimed & Returned Packages

Refused deliveries, unclaimed packages, or shipments returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges do not constitute a cancellation of the order. All international sales are final.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to Sacred Garden Vintage for any reason, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with reshipping the order, including additional shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other applicable expenses. The order will be reshipped once all applicable costs have been paid.

Packages returned to Sacred Garden Vintage that are not reshipped within thirty (30) days of notification will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

In certain circumstances, international carriers or customs authorities may abandon, seize, or destroy refused or unclaimed shipments. Sacred Garden Vintage is not responsible for packages that are abandoned, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities, carriers, or local authorities, and no refund will be issued in these circumstances.

By completing an international purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy, including all terms regarding international shipping, customs duties and taxes, refused or unclaimed deliveries, returned packages, and reshipping costs.
