Ethereal, absolutely stunning, antique 3-piece silk tulle net wedding gown c. 1930’s. A custom made set which includes a cream silk rayon under dress, an ivory silk tulle net Swiss dot gown, and a removable tiered caplet.
The matching shoulder cover caplet is removable, made from the same silk tulle fabric, with a boat neckline in front, and a straight across neckline in back. The matching layers of tiered frills really tie the entire look together. Topped with a romantic rose made from the same silk net fabric.
The cream under dress is made from 100% silk rayon, contains 18 functional buttons down the front, pleating along the bust, high waistline, and gorgeous dramatic puff sleeves. Micro ruching details along the shoulder line. There is a handmade tag inside the skirt hemline that reads: Chamberlain.
One of my favorite things about this dress set is that it can be worn as a non-wedding dress to future events. I would remove the caplet and switch it out for a (vintage) fur stole. It could be styled in so many different ways.

Condition: Excellent antique condition. No notable flaws, holes in the netting (which is so incredibly rare), has plenty of life left. Hand washed, laundered, and ready to go. Price reflects rarity and condition.
