A breathtaking authentic 1930s bias-cut maxi dress crafted from 100% silk organdy, featuring one of the most extraordinary textiles you'll ever encounter. From a distance, the fabric appears to blend soft white and bubblegum pink tones, but a closer look reveals thousands of delicate flowers created through negative space against a vibrant pink background.
The elegant silhouette features a flattering V-neckline with softly pleated detailing at the bust, while an inset panel of white silk chiffon adds a touch of modesty. A classic 1930s empire waist and original metal side zipper complete the timeless design, allowing the bias-cut skirt to drape beautifully over the body.
Beautifully preserved and in great antique condition with no visible flaws, this rare gown is a stunning example of 1930s craftsmanship and effortless elegance.
