Vintage 1950's Huey Waltzer for Mannequin, black mesh polka dot lace blouse. Black mesh lace overlay with peach colored taffeta lining, extravagant ruffled collar and bell wrist cuffs. Newly replaced zipper in back. Peplum cut. Black satin bow with light pull. Not visible to the onlooker. No other flaws.
