Exquisite, antique 1930’s baby pink lace maxi dress with puff shoulder sleeves, 27 added candy apple red vintage buttons, and an added 1940's clown pin. Restored, reworked, redesigned by me. Classic 1930’s empire waist with hidden belt loops, romantic puff shoulder sleeves, cotton lined collar. 4 metal snap button closure on the left side. I’ve added a removable, vintage silk satin aqua blue ribbon to tie that ties into a cute lil bow in back, allowing you to really snatch your waist up. Flirty slit in the middle of the skirt, bias cut silhouette. Im wearing a 1930’s silk slip from the shop underneath the lace maxi. If you need something to wear underneath, I have many options - just ask! Originally, I purchased this dress from @shopgossamer last year via a story sale comprised of pieces that needed restoring. This dress originally had pink buttons that were in terrible shape, so I removed them all, hunted for the perfect replacement buttons and I landed on this assortment of vintage, candy apple red buttons (dating from 1930’s-1970’s). I sourced the wacky antique clown pin separately and I must say…I may regret letting it go. Seen on XS unpinned. Fits up to a size M.
