Rare, ethereal and unique antique silk chiffon blouse with balloon sleeves in sunflower yellow, c. 1930’s. Thee perfect antique 1930’s silk blouse does in fact exist, as this blouse is IT. This rare stunner is fit with ruffled lace trim around the neckline, continuing down the chest from shoulder to waistline. A quintessential 1930’s design, the billowing balloon sleeves are fit with wrist cuffs topped with two pearl buttons, lined with the same frilly lace trim. The cinched waistline allows for a classy and elegant silhouette. 8 functional pearl half dome buttons down the front, the backside has strategically placed ruching at the waist-line to keep the fabric from overflowing. The silhouette of this blouse is so incredibly flattering due to the impeccable attention to design and detail. Seen on XS unpinned.
