Vintage 1970’s Prairie Maxi Dress Made With Chambray Denim, Bone White Lace, and Leg Of Mutton Sleeves

Glorious, vintage 1970’s prairie style maxi dress made with Chambray denim and floral lace fabric. Inspired by a mixture of Victorian era, bohemian hippie, and cottage prairie styles. The bodice is constructed from bone white lace fabric in front and back, a Victorian inspired high neckline with frilly lace detailing, topped with colorful floral trim around the neck. More Victorian era inspired elements, the leg of mutton full length sleeves are constructed from lace, with bell shaped wrists and colorful floral trim detailing. Built with an empire waistline, which contains the same colorful floral trim, separating the lace bodice and the skirt. On the backside you’ll find an easy to use metal zipper, placed mid-way, stemming from the high neckline down to the waistline. Contains a 12" lace made prairie style hemline. This is the second time I’ve found this dress, so I’m not 100% certain that it is a hand-made one-of-one piece. It also has a completely faded design tag, with a completely legible the cleaning label attached.

Pristine. Appears as though this is a dead-stock piece without the tag.
