Breathtaking antique 1930’s liquid satin wedding gown made from 100% silk Charmeuse fabric with a bias cut hemline and a pooled cathedral train.
This stunner radiates glamour, elegance, and timeless sophistication. Pin tucked neckline in front with a structured collar uniquely placed in back, gathered fabric along the bust with an inverted U shaped waistline. I hand sourced vintage Parisian Alencon lace for the purpose of replacing the original weak, broken, stiff and lifeless lace found in various parts of the upper half of the gown. The replacement was constructed so masterfully that it appears as though it was always a part of the original design.
Crafted with a romantic puff shoulder, tapered sleeves towards the wrists, topped with pointed wrist cuffs. The skirt’s hip hugging bias cut silhouette drapes beautifully towards the ground, extending into a breathtaking 94” cathedral train, with a pooled sweep formed behind the wearer. The dress fastens down the backside with 15 fabric covered buttons and includes a side snap placket on the left side, which makes it easy to get in and out of.
The silk satin fabric is lustrous, easy to maneuver, highly breathable and has a lot of life left due to the immaculate preservation of this garment.

Excellent antique condition. Exceptionally preserved, light wear consistent with age however there are no blatantly visible imperfections. Happy to send more images or videos upon request. Newly replaced lace. Price reflects condition, rarity and re-design.
