Absolutely enchanting and ethereal, vintage 1950’s chiffon gown - she’s a true head turner folks. This heavenly beauty is a must have for all my angelic garden fairies. Her cinched waistline and multi layered skirt design makes for a quintessential 1950’s silhouette. This beauty contains a fitted bodice topped with ivy leaf embroidery both in front and in back, two thin (but sturdy) straps with matching ivy leaf embroidery, a full chiffon skirt lined with a layer of tulle netting underneath, with a metal zipper in back. She’s fully lined with bone white taffeta fabric all throughout, fitted with a layer of net tulle at the skirt and topped with flowy chiffon fabric. Totaling to 3 layers of fabric on the skirt. My favorite detail is the contrasting deep sage satin fabric that lines along the top of the skirt and is topped with two darling bows on each side. Despite the many layers of fabric, this gown is still light in weight and very breathable. Lot’s of life left in this beauty.
