SHIPPING INFO:

All pieces are shipped out once a week on Thursday's. You will be provided with a photo of the tracking. Once it leaves my hands, the responsibility of the item arriving is on the shipping carrier. I am NOT responsible for any issues that may arise. 

With that said, in the 6 years I've have been running this shop, there was only one piece that didn't arrive to the prospective owner. So I'd say the odds of your package arriving safe and sound - even internationally - are extremely reliable.

If you need a rushed delivery, or need me to ship your piece out before Thursday of that particular week,  just contact me via the contact page found in the home page menu.

I will be happy to mail it out the day you need it for, and I can expedite shipping (at the cost of the shipping carrier). I do not make any profits from shipping, as in, i'll never quote you a cost that is 5-10$ more than what I am quoted. I want you to be pleased with your purchase, and your shopping experience so I will do what I can in order for that to occur.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

ALL SALES FINAL.

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless an item has been materially or grossly misrepresented in its description or condition.

One other option that is available to clients: if you are willing to send the piece back to me, pay for shipping, I can list it again and split profits 40/60 (client gets 40%/seller gets 60%). I had one amazing client propose this, and thought it was a genius way to go about something like this.

IMPORTANT*** It is up to my discretion regarding which clients I will make this exception for. A lot of my choice to say yes to this stems from the way the client approaches me, and whether I am treated with respect. If I have demands hurled at me (from the opening message, or any message thereafter), if I am insulted in anyway, or if you threaten to ruin the reputation of my business because I said no to a refund (yes...this did actually occur recently) - I will not be extending this exception to you. 

When you purchase a piece from my shop, you are signing a contract that states you have read all of the fine print and understand what is available to you. 

Please keep in mind that our collection consists primarily of vintage and antique garments, many of which are decades or even over a century old. Each piece is carefully inspected and, whenever possible, restored to the best condition its age and materials allow. Any notable or visible imperfections are disclosed in the item description.

Right now, I am offering solutions which show I am willing to work with you if you are not happy with your purchase. And generally, if someone reaches out, I give them multiple options regarding how to solve this, including partial refunds, taking the item to my tailor, store credit, etc. If I see that this is taken advantage of, I will move back to the business model of no refunds or returns PERIOD.
