Rare Pearly Ivory Vintage 1970’s Gunne Sax Wedding Gown/Bridal Dress from the Romantic Renaissance Bridal Collection

Rare, romantic, Renaissance era inspired vintage 1970s Gunne Sax wedding gown that is fit for a fairytale wedding celebration. This gown is from the coveted and very hard to source Gunne Sax bridal line: Romantic Renaissance Bridal Collection. Crafted from soft, sleek, luminous pearly ivory silky satin, fit with dramatic Renaissance style Juliet puff shoulders, arm hugging lace sleeves with functional pearl buttons placed along the sleeve leading to elegantly designed pointed wrist cuffs. The bodice is topped with a classic Gunne Sax pearl button detail front and center. 

Very easy to put on and take off with the hidden metal zipper in back. The neckline is adorned with small pearls, fit with a 1930’s inspired empire waistline, elegant skirt topped with a prairie ruffle hemline in front that trails all the way around the 74” inch cathedral train. All together this timeless design brings drama, elegance and romance which creates a sweeping silhouette made for unforgettable entrances. 

This Gunne Sax Bridal line was known for their limited garment quantity runs, releasing a handful of these hard to find wedding gowns. A true piece of vintage bridal history, this gown embodies elegance and individuality for the bride who wants a dress with soul.
