Designed by: The Gilbert’s for Tally New York (clothing tag fully in tact for all my fellow antique designer tag obsessed freaks). Made from bone white soft, silk rayon, fully lined on the chest and backside, and is extremely breathable. This stunning button down blouse contains with 6 onyx half-sphere buttons, with a metal snap in above the buttons right at the neckline, topped with an matching onyx bow. The jelly fish like frills are by far my favorite component. This beauty has a peplum silhouette so she snatches at the waist with an elastic waistband, 3 tiers of frills below the waistline. The fabric is so light and airy, she can be worn in all year round. Suitable for am XS and/or S.
