This short sleeve cutie is fit with an adorable collar around the neckline, four functional white and black buttons down the front of the chest, contains a circle skirt design with double tiered ruffles along the hemline. The 100% cotton fabric is so soft to the touch, the dress is very breathable and the beach print is just so darn special. Matching novelty fabric ties at the waist.
