Rare Vintage 1970's Leather Quilted Patchwork Jacket - By: Field and Stream Gordon & Fergusun
Gorgeous, rare, vintage 1970's leather patchwork button down jacket, designed by: Field and Stream Gordon & Fergusun. Made in Korea. This stunner is constructed from quilted multicolored leather triangles, contains two slip pockets on the chest, five metal button snap closures down the front, one metal snap button on each wrist. Fully lined with cobalt blue nylon fabric. The blue, baby blue, slime green, grey, and candy apple red patches warm my eyes and heart. This piece has been taken care of very well by it's previous owner as the lining appears to be untouched and I do not see any breaks in the leather.
Originally designed for a man, tag inside reads size M. Seen on a size XS.
Measurements:
Chest: 42"
Sleeve Length: 24.5"
Length: 28"
Condition:
Great vintage condition, esp considering all of the detail: 9/10.
After conducting some research, I learned that the maker of this piece is sought out by collectors - which is a nice lil cherry on this very delicious cake. Other resale sites are selling this piece for $350-$500, and their pieces are not in good condition.
