Incredible vintage 1970's genuine leather patchwork fish scale jacket, designed by Montgomery Ward. Made in Korea. A must have for collectors of 1970's leather pieces. The maker utilized a sustainable method of construction by sewing together leftover leather scraps (long before it was a trend) resulting in a complete one of a kind garment. The color palette is a blend of earthy tones with red, black, cream, and pops of blue scales - a true work of wearable art. Fit with a strong collar, four plastic forrest green buttons down the front, pockets on each side. The leather is buttery soft - not stiff. Fully lined, presents beautifully on a figure.
